I am delighted that you are considering Abercorn International School for your child’s education. Our wonderful facility forms an integral part of the Lakeway and surrounding communities and offers young children a unique,  world class, global experience preparing them for the world at large in the 21st century.

We are one of a family of three schools with a collective track record of providing exemplary education for more than thirty years. Our oldest school, Abercorn School, London was established in 1987, and more recently The British International School of New York opened its doors in 2006. Our shared mission is to provide the best of international education in a setting that is safe, nurturing and stimulating.

The teaching staff at Abercorn International School develop multi-culturally astute individuals who are independent thinkers, articulate, compassionate and filled with a strong sense of curiosity.

Tremendous emphasis is placed on courtesy, good manners, confidence and self-esteem. This is evident even in our very youngest learners and is instilled in every student along with the values of persistence, fortitude, endeavor and integrity, our four pillars of aspiration that underpin everyday life at our school. We feel these values provide the foundation for helping to create a generation of children prepared and motivated to make a real difference in the world.
